Free Shipping to UK Mainland on all orders over £49. Standard Shipping is £3.99 and International Shipping is £20.

Most orders are delivered within 2-7 days from the order date. All orders are typically shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)

However, on rare occasions deliveries may take longer, especially during public holidays, festive periods, unforeseen weather conditions or courier delays. If we are out of stock on a specific item in the UK warehouse, we may ship from one of our backup warehouses located in Europe. On rare occasions, the manufacturer/supplier may send the product directly to you from their warehouse. As a result, arrival times may vary, and the item will be sent separately to any other product(s) in your order.

Orders received before 5pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

If you are not at home during delivery our courier will leave you an ‘attempted delivery’ card. They may try to deliver to your immediate neighbours. If they are unable to deliver to your neighbours they will attempt a second delivery the next working day. If unsuccessful the courier will return your parcel to your local depot where you can rearrange delivery or collection within 12 days.
